Henry has been teaching violin since 2011 in various capacities and has performed professionally on stage and in the studio. He was awarded a scholarship to study at the Purcell Music School and also attended the Junior Department of The Royal Academy of Music. After this he completed a Bachelor of Music degree at The Royal Academy of Music where he also attained a LRAM teaching diploma and studied second study jazz violin. Previously, Henry has taught for the Northamptonshire Music Performing and Arts Trust as an individual teacher and co-directed their world music group Zingaresque. He has also conducted workshops with the Westminster Creative Futures scheme and alongside other industry leading professionals. He has performed in major projects with the London Contemporary Orchestra, ranging from sold out crowds at the Royal Albert Hall to blockbuster film soundtracks, such as Alien Covenant and Assassins Creed. Other previous ensembles include; The United Strings of Europe, Brighton Philharmonic Orchestra, Northern Chords Festival Orchestra and The Symphony Orchestra of India, to name a few. Currently, Henry enjoys playing in different music genres and exploring different soundscapes on his electric violin.
