Richard began professionally working as a musician in 2006 after gaining his diploma in Popular Music Performance, he has been teaching drums since 2011. With extensive experience working in schools, music services and private centres, Richard has helped students of all ages and abilities to realise their potential as players. Further to his work as a teacher, Richard stays busy drumming in a wide range of settings - from function band playing, to recording studio sessions, to touring internationally for gigs and festivals. This wide skillset fuels and informs his work with students, where Richard strives to pass on his passion for creativity, self-development and constant progression.
